Core Responsibilities:

- You evaluate and recommend technology, tools, and frameworks
- You enable and support multiple front-end teams in the design and development of elegant and modern client-facing web solutions.
- You communicate complex technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
- You work with cross-functional teams to research and resolve production issues.
- You mentor junior Engineers on the team.

Desired Skills and Experience Requirements:
- A technical Bachelor’s degree in Science is required. 
- 5+ years professional experience in hands-on software development and engineering.
- 2+ years' experience leading technical design and implementations.
Highly proficient in object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS3, JSP and JSTL.
- Experience with AngularJS (or similar JavaScript MVC framework), responsive web design, Bootstrap (or similar CSS framework).

- Practical knowledge of React
- Adept at maintaining cross-browser compatibility and debugging.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with shown ability to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to write clean & coherent code and follow established coding conventions.
- You are results-oriented and proactive with proven leadership skills.
