Core Responsibilities:

• - Deep dive into system and application performance and reliability issues; partner with software and systems engineers across the organization to produce and roll out fixes and improvements.
• - Manage systems and prove necessary deployment, support, or maintenance activities.
• - Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack. Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation and monitoring to help prevent problem recurrence.
• - Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning
• - Proficient in multiple disciplines (e.g. Linux, scripting, databases, networking, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience Requirements:

• - 3-5 years experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond, including working with system libraries, file systems and client-server protocols
• - Strong experience with configuration management systems such as Puppet or Ansible
• - Experience with one or more DevOps tools like NodeJs, ElasticSearch, MySQL, Graphite, Docker
• - Experience with Python, Golang or BashE- xperience troubleshooting and optimizing Java-based server applications
• - Understanding of product development life cycle with continuous deployments, and experience with large-scale applications deployed in the cloud.
• - Understanding of DNS, NFS, TCP/IP and other protocols
• - Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
• - On-call support is required
• - Fluent in English.
